I'm continuing to work on editing Bayesian evaluation for the likelihood of Christ's resurrection.

I've added new materials in the section titled "An aside: Bayes factor for Paul's testimony, with full dependence factor:". I still need to add the "number of resurrection testimonies in history" under the Bayes factor calculations, and continue on to the section describing how human testimony stretches to validate the remainder of the Bible.
