Bayesian evaluation for the likelihood of Christ's resurrection (edit 14)

I'm continuing to work on editing Bayesian evaluation for the likelihood of Christ's resurrection.

I filled in the section titled "The frequency of lies" with new material.

Things are still edited down to the section heading "One in a million events happen every month". That section will probably be filled in next week.
