Bayesian evaluation for the likelihood of Christ's resurrection (edit 69)

I'm continuing to work on editing Bayesian evaluation for the likelihood of Christ's resurrection.

Things are still edited down to 'Chapter 12: Tuning the "skeptic's distribution" approach'. But the jupyter notebook has been uploaded, and the minor numbers afterwards has been updated.
