Bayesian evaluation for the likelihood of Christ's resurrection (edit 83)

I'm continuing to work on editing Bayesian evaluation for the likelihood of Christ's resurrection.

I've adjusted a few more things to more precisely state the nature of the Bayes factors in computing the "skeptic's distribution". I now need to add two more graphs: one for more clarification on the x-axis in the "Assigning numerical x values" section, and another to describe the "meeting" vs. "exceeding" condition for a Bayes factor, under the "Using the historical data to construct the skeptic's distribution" section.
