Bayesian evaluation for the likelihood of Christ's resurrection (edit 127)

I'm continuing to work on editing Bayesian evaluation for the likelihood of Christ's resurrection.

I'm trying to get it to a good state for Easter. The switch from chapters 4 and 5 is mostly done now. I'll continue to update some more things as the week goes on.
